Founders Club Membership
Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 9/1/2026

These Membership Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Jet Set Recovery Founders Club. By purchasing, enrolling in, or maintaining a Founders Club membership, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. Membership Fee

The Founders Club membership fee is $85 per month, plus any applicable taxes or fees.

Membership fees are billed automatically to the payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis until the membership is cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

By enrolling, the member authorizes Jet Set Recovery and its payment processor to automatically charge the payment method provided for all recurring membership fees and other authorized charges.

2. Founder's Rate

The $85 monthly Founder's rate will remain available to the member for as long as the membership remains continuously active and in good standing.

If the membership is cancelled, terminated, suspended for nonpayment, or otherwise becomes inactive, the member forfeits the Founder's rate and Founders Club status.

Re-enrollment at the original Founder's rate is not guaranteed.

3. Monthly Membership Benefit

Each monthly membership cycle includes the member's choice of:

• One 60-minute customized massage session

OR

• One 60-minute Assisted Stretching session plus a $10 service credit toward a future eligible Jet Set Recovery service.

The included monthly service is subject to appointment availability and must be scheduled in accordance with Jet Set Recovery's standard booking policies.

Membership benefits have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.

4. $10 Stretch Service Credit

Members who select the 60-minute Assisted Stretching option for their monthly benefit will receive a $10 service credit toward a future eligible service.

Service credits:

• Have no cash value

• Cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash

• May only be used toward eligible Jet Set Recovery services

• May not be used toward gratuities, gift cards, retail merchandise, or other excluded purchases unless specifically authorized by Jet Set Recovery

• Are valid only while the membership remains active

• Are subject to any expiration or rollover limitations established by Jet Set Recovery

Jet Set Recovery reserves the right to establish reasonable limits on the accumulation or use of service credits.

5. Additional Service Discount

Active Founders Club members receive 15% off eligible additional services.

The discount applies only to eligible services purchased for the individual member and may not be transferred or used by another person unless specifically permitted under a Buddy Pass or other promotional benefit.

The membership discount may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, coupons, introductory offers, package pricing, gift certificates, or special pricing unless expressly stated otherwise.

Certain services, events, retail products, packages, memberships, or promotional offerings may be excluded from the discount.

6. Priority Scheduling

Founders Club members may receive early or priority access to appointment availability.

Priority scheduling does not guarantee that any specific provider, date, time, or appointment will be available.

All appointments remain subject to provider availability, business hours, scheduling policies, and applicable cancellation requirements.

7. Birthday Upgrade

Active members may receive one complimentary 30-minute service upgrade during their birthday month.

The birthday benefit:

• Must be added to an eligible paid or included service

• Cannot be booked as a standalone appointment

• Has no cash value

• Cannot be transferred

• Cannot be carried into another year

• Must be redeemed while the membership is active and in good standing

Appointment availability may apply.

8. Sound Baths, Wellness Events, and New Services

Founders Club members may receive early access, preferred pricing, or other special opportunities for select Sound Baths, wellness events, treatments, or newly introduced services.

Availability, pricing, capacity, eligibility, and specific benefits may vary by event or service.

Participation is not guaranteed, and certain events may require additional payment.

9. Buddy Passes and Guest Benefits

Eligible Founders Club members may receive Buddy Pass privileges allowing a friend or family member to book an eligible service at the applicable Founder's rate.

Buddy Passes:

• Are limited to two (2) Passes per calendar year.

  • Do not roll over into the following year.​

• May only be used while the member's membership is active

• Have no cash value

• Cannot be sold or exchanged

• Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts

• Are subject to appointment availability

• May be limited to certain services or appointment durations

Jet Set Recovery reserves the right to verify eligibility and establish reasonable booking requirements for Buddy Pass appointments.

10. Referral Rewards

Active members may qualify for referral rewards when they refer a new client to Jet Set Recovery.

Referral rewards may require the referred individual to complete and pay for an eligible appointment before the reward is issued.

Referral rewards:

• Have no cash value unless specifically stated otherwise

• May not be combined with other promotions

• Are subject to eligibility requirements

• May be modified or discontinued at the discretion of Jet Set Recovery

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent referrals, or other attempts to improperly obtain referral benefits may result in forfeiture of the reward.

11. Rollover and Unused Benefits

Any rollover rights for unused monthly services or credits are subject to the current Founders Club membership policy.

Jet Set Recovery may establish reasonable expiration periods, maximum balances, or rollover limits.

Unused membership benefits do not represent money held on behalf of the member and have no cash value.

Unless otherwise required by law, unused benefits are not eligible for cash redemption or refund.

12. Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Membership appointments are subject to Jet Set Recovery's standard appointment cancellation and no-show policies.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in:

• Loss of the applicable monthly benefit

• A cancellation or no-show fee

• Forfeiture of a membership credit

• Other charges permitted under the applicable cancellation policy

Membership does not waive standard appointment cancellation requirements.

13. Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their Founders Club membership at any time prior to their next scheduled billing date to prevent future membership charges.

Cancellation takes effect in accordance with the membership cancellation request and billing cycle.

Membership fees already processed are generally nonrefundable.

Cancellation immediately or eventually results in the loss of Founders Club status, including the locked-in Founder's rate and any benefits that require an active membership.

Once cancelled, the original Founder's rate may not be reinstated.

14. Refund Policy

All monthly membership charges are generally nonrefundable once processed, except where required by law or where Jet Set Recovery determines that a refund is appropriate due to a billing error, duplicate charge, or other exceptional circumstance.

No partial or prorated refunds will generally be issued for:

• Unused membership time

• Unused services

• Unused discounts

• Unused Buddy Passes

• Unused credits

• Unused birthday benefits

• Failure to schedule an appointment

Any refund issued is at the discretion of Jet Set Recovery unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Failed Payments

If a recurring membership payment is declined, rejected, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, Jet Set Recovery may suspend membership benefits until payment is successfully received.

Jet Set Recovery may attempt to process the payment method on file again.

Continued failure to pay may result in membership termination and forfeiture of Founders Club status and pricing.

16. Membership Holds or Freezes

Membership holds, freezes, or temporary suspensions are not guaranteed.

If Jet Set Recovery permits a membership freeze, the length, eligibility, billing treatment, and effect on membership benefits will be determined at the time of the request.

Jet Set Recovery reserves the right to limit the frequency or duration of membership freezes.

17. Nontransferability

Founders Club memberships are issued to an individual member and are nontransferable.

Monthly services, discounts, credits, birthday benefits, and other membership privileges may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared except where specifically permitted under a Buddy Pass or other authorized program.

18. Gift Cards and Membership Payments

Unless specifically authorized, gift cards, promotional credits, or service credits may not be used to pay recurring membership dues.

Membership benefits may not be converted into gift cards or cash equivalents.

19. Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the membership price unless expressly stated otherwise.

Members may provide gratuities at their discretion based on the regular value of the service received.

20. Service Availability

Membership does not guarantee continuous availability of any particular service, provider, appointment time, modality, event, or treatment.

Jet Set Recovery may modify its hours, scheduling availability, services, providers, equipment, facilities, or business operations as reasonably necessary.

If a particular service becomes unavailable, Jet Set Recovery may offer a reasonable substitute or alternative where appropriate.

21. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Massage Therapy, Assisted Stretching, Sound Therapy, Energy Work, Sound Baths, and other Jet Set Recovery services are intended to support general wellness, relaxation, mobility, recovery, and self-care.

These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical or mental health condition.

Members are responsible for disclosing relevant health information and informing their practitioner of any changes in health status before receiving services.

Jet Set Recovery may decline, modify, postpone, or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary for safety, professional standards, or client well-being.

22. Member Conduct

Members are expected to treat Jet Set Recovery staff, practitioners, guests, and other clients respectfully.

Jet Set Recovery reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate membership for inappropriate, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior.

Termination for misconduct may result in forfeiture of membership privileges without refund, subject to applicable law.

23. Modification of Membership Benefits

Jet Set Recovery may reasonably modify membership procedures, eligibility requirements, scheduling rules, participating services, discounts, Buddy Pass terms, referral rewards, rollover policies, and other operational aspects of the Founders Club.

Founders who maintain continuous active membership will retain their $85 Founder's monthly rate unless a modification is required by law, taxation, payment processing requirements, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Jet Set Recovery.

Material changes to membership terms will be communicated when appropriate.

24. Limitation of Membership Availability

The Founders Club is a limited membership offering.

Jet Set Recovery may close enrollment at any time and may limit the total number of Founders Club memberships available.

Closing enrollment to new members does not affect an existing member's active membership unless otherwise provided in these Terms.

25. Termination by Jet Set Recovery

Jet Set Recovery reserves the right to terminate a membership for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Nonpayment

• Fraudulent activity

• Abuse of membership benefits

• Repeated policy violations

• Inappropriate conduct

• Misrepresentation

• Unauthorized transfer or resale of benefits

• Business closure or discontinuation of the membership program

Where appropriate, Jet Set Recovery may provide notice before termination.

26. Business Closure or Discontinuation

If Jet Set Recovery permanently discontinues the Founders Club or ceases operations, any refund, credit, or remaining obligation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances existing at that time.

27. Taxes and Fees

Applicable sales taxes, government-imposed charges, payment processing requirements, or similar mandatory fees may be added where required by law.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with Jet Set Recovery's applicable cancellation policy, refund policy, privacy policy, intake forms, waivers, and other published membership policies, constitute the agreement governing participation in the Founders Club.

If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

29. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Jet Set Recovery Founders Club, the member acknowledges that they:

• Have reviewed these Membership Terms & Conditions

• Understand that the membership automatically renews monthly

• Authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file

• Understand the cancellation and refund policies

• Understand that Founder's pricing requires continuous active membership

• Agree to comply with Jet Set Recovery policies
